Swamping

Swamping is inspired by a practice described in Pussy by Mama Gena, a celebration of the power that comes when women gather to release what weighs us down. It’s a space to rant, rave, cry, growl, and move our bodies and voices freely, letting the emotional gunk rise and clear. Then, once we've made room, we fill that space with radiance, joy, and light…the kind that fuels us and everyone around us for the week ahead!
